No! AMCL neither provides loans nor gives Qarz-e-Hassan. AMCL is islamic but it is not a welfare organisation or NGO to provide Qarz-Hassan.

Rs.1500 is the non-refundable application fee in both cases. I.e. if the application is approved or declined.

Yes! AMCL takes a certain amount of Profit on an Instalment plan per annum. AMCL does not charge any kind of interest, it is totally islamic.

In this case, he/she has to pay the remaining payment including the profit as per plan in one go. No other discount will be provided.

If any of our customers will not be able to pay further instalments then he/she has to return the asset to AMCL. AMCL will sell that asset in the market and recover the remaining amount from that price. If the sale price is less than the remaining amount of the plan then the customer must have to pay the remaining amount.

4 stamp papers of Rs. 100 and Tickets of Rs. 200 are required. Tickets can be purchased from the Pakistan Post Office.

After the approval of the application, the customer has to complete the checklist. Then the asset in handovered to him/her in 7 working days.

Customer has to pay himself/herself the transfer fee of the vehicle if applied.

Vehicle will be registered in the name of the customer but the registration will be under Hire Purchase Agreement (HPA). After the completion of the plan, AMCL will provide NOC to the customer then he/she can remove HPA & transfer it on his/her name.
